Cant call them directly. Number they have online doesnt get answered. Tried calling the receptionist of the hotel to ask how to order and they told me an extension that takes me to another person saying I need to order from an app but its not on skip or Uber eats. Wouldnt matter if these were the best wings in the world if you cant even get a hold of them.

I'm just reviewing from my 2 experiences I've had about a year ago. Wasn't able to get around to it until now. I think the service is fine and flavours great. However I really would prefer a change in the wings. As mentioned by previous reviews, the wings are soft. Not sure how, whether it's too much breading and barely any chicken? But the two times they came soft and squishy. I thought maybe it was cause I waited to eat them at home, but 2nd time we tried right out of the fryer.

Never ordering from this place again... online ordered for take out (only option they have). Show up and go through the door, into a tiny room with no lights on! End up going around to the offsale only to find the guy didn't charge his ipad and hadn't got my order. Left and got something else. Yet to get a refund as well... we will see if that ever comes.

Wanted to try this place so ordered 5 flavors of 1 pound wings. Wings should be crispy on outside and firm but tender on inside, these where none of those. The outside was dark and soft usually from old oil in the fryer. The inside was mushy no firmness at all usually caused by freezing and thawing then freezing again one or more times. I put 5 pounds of wings in the garbage as it wasnt worth getting sick over.

So disappointed in my experience. After waiting in some sketchy room where no one acknowledges you through some window attached to a liquor/convenience store for 5 minutes, got my order went to eat it down road for we were from out of town noticed I was missing a combo. Went back in the "room" where you pick up your order for over 5 minutes with no one acknowledging me on the other side of the window AGAIN, then finally the person who gave me my order came out and I had to knock on the window - acted surprised to see me, explained my order was missing a combo 2 and he argued with me saying I was wrong, which I was not than we compared receipts and said oh shoot I am sorry my mistake, so went to the back and a girl came out the 2nd time with only my salad I said where are my wings, she than said I was not missing wings which I explained I was (did I also explain my order was not a small one it was a $75.00 wing order!!!!) I then requested my money back and she said she can not do that and to come back tomorrow or call back (they have no number listed ANYWHERE!!) I explained I am from out of town and can not come back tomorrow - she says well you will have to wait 5 minutes for your wings, needless to say I walked out without my wings or money back for there would be NO WAY I was going to eat those wings after the "friendly" experience I had! So will be reviewing this place everywhere and telling people NOT to go there - I wonder how many other people they scammed since you have to order online/pickup/pay online?????? hmmm just read other google reviews and I see quite a bit get wrong orders!!!! (Note: wings we did get were not amazing - mediocore with breading and sauce)
