Extremely pathetic, no knowledge of tax returns. They file your returns and after sometime you will get an email or letter from CRA to return the refund amount amd sometimes you have to pay from your pockets. Because of their stupidity i have to pay a big amount to CRA and when i asked them to send an explanation or documents for reassessment , they people were not sure what to do. I think i could have handled my case much better than them. So dont go to them to file your taxes. Only go if you have more knowledge than them about taxes otherwise they will screw your tax return like they did with mine. Will never recommend them to anyone and i wish i could give them negative ratings.

This was my first time not doing my income tax myself. I walked in around 1:00pm and had a nice girl do my taxes. When she gave me a sheet, that showed, I was getting way more then I expected, she explained to me why i was getting said amount, and in detail using my T4s as an examples and a sheet they printed off showing the amount and where it came from. They explained everything well, answered questions, and was overall super friendly and quick. I have 0 complaints! I do however want to say to the owner. That girl in the back office (that was working on: April 27, 2019 at around 1pm). Give her a raise or at least keep her! She did a fantastic job!
