My husband and I got new Apple phones at this location. Alexander was very patient and knowledgeable. We are 72 and 81 years old. He made us feel very comfortable and encouraged us to ask our questions. He was able to answer all our questions. We would highly recommend his services as he has wonderful people skills. Amit did a great job, spent so much time with us working on the details required to get two new phones. And Jared was a pleasure to deal with when I had concerns about the washed out colors of the Pixel 7. Unfortunately another staff member intervened and my concerns were dismissed.

Excellent! Incredible! Impressive! Jason and Alex at Telus Center Mall on 8th street took the great customer service to another level. They are knowledgeable, responsible and efficient!! I recently got two smart watches and cellular plan, Jason was able to provide the most up to date information and the best solutions. Its no doubt that he has a great deal of knowledge and experience. Alex helped me with a few follow up questions and services. He demonstrated such high quality of customer service skills with great efficiency and knowledge. He truly cares about whats the best solution for his customers. A big shout out to the team once again!!
