        I was upgrading my phone with Ship to Home option but unfortunately the first rep that help me made a mistake so it wasn't a smooth upgrade this time. Jay and Harman were amazing and very patient when they were trying to fix multiple mistakes by multiple reps! They were super nice and made sure that I'm still okay even though it was taking way longer than it should have. They're awesome!
