Tel-J Communications

I've dealt with them for years and bought all of my cell phones through them except my last one. I went to best buy because they weren't open on the weekend and I was anxious for a new phone. Such a difference in service! Tel-j provides such personal service and I don't feel like I'm dealing with "salesmen" who are just trying to sell me things. They usually make recommendations to save me money on the plans or help me decide which phone is best for me. They're very helpful with helping me solve any problems I might be having with my phone. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who enjoys a more a more. Personal experience vs. dealing with a giant company.

My smart phone crashed and Tara was there to help me. She is so friendly and was able to find out LG had extended their warranty on my phone. She does a great job of talking about technology in easy terms and has excellent costumer service. Excellent place for seniors or folks with limits technology knowledge to go. I have refered many people to buy their phone here. Thanks again.
