Costco Tire Center

What is this? Like honestly you should hire someone just to answer people's calls because we kept on calling to change the winter tires to summer tires but there is no answer. This is unprofessional. You need to respect your costumers.

Tired calling them (Called 7 times in different part of the day) to get the confirmation of installation time but no one picks up the call, very frustrating.

I dropped my car off for a 4:30 appointment to get new tires installed and didn't get my keys back until 7:30 (3 hours?!?). When I got going on the highway I noticed a bad shimmy so I took it right back. They told me there is nothing they could do today and that I would have to book an appointment. The next available appointment isn't until December 7th. When I got it home I looked inside the rim and counted 4.5 oz of weight, which is insane for high quality Michelin tires on a normal passenger car. I have a long road trip coming up tomorrow and I will need to take my car to a different shop out of pocket to get this fixed or risk damaging the brand new tires on my car. I guess there's a reason tires are so much cheaper at Costco.

Horrible service, states free rotation and flat repair but they will not actually fix a small puncture in the middle of tread. Insist you buy a new set instead.

Bought tires for a good deal. Waiting for a call to get them installed. Said it would take 2 - 3 days to come in, it's been over a week, and you can't get anyone on the phone.
