Went here to get my Ryobi pressure washer inspected for warranty. I was told that my pressure washer should be ready in about a week. After two weeks went by with no call, I called to ask the status. The lady the answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. Over the course of the next two months I called multiple times and spoke with the same woman. Every time I called I got minimal information on the state of my pressure washer or when I would get it back, and this women seamed to be annoyed I was even asking. After one of my calls, I found out Ryobi hadnt even been contacted until three weeks after I dropped off the pressure washer. It was about two months until I received my replacement. My interaction with Sask Tool Repair would discourage me from buying Ryobi products in the future.
