        NAPA actually stands for something. NEVER ANSWERS PHONE ANYMORE Answer your phone. Seriously. I have no idea why the signs out front flex new management at the location because this place has gone down the drain since they started.

        I really like this store, staff are great. My only problem is no prices on product in aisles. I worked in management for a couple of major retailers in my life. One of the most important rules of retail is to have prices on your products, customers do not pick up and buy product if there is no price. As a customer I do not want to run to the counter with every item I am looking at purchasing. A consumer does not trust a store if they do not show prices on their product. I understand your business does a lot of account business but really, no prices relates to no ROI, your product will have a lot of birthdays on the shelf.
