Do not waste your time or money! Absolutely awful, had to spend 40 minutes spelling out Avenue to the guy on the phone. All for him to quote us $600 (Astro quote $300). Terrible people!

First off, these guys operate out of Vancouver and sublet to local companies in Saskatoon. Warning signs that I missed included them not able to identify local landmarks. They kept asking if I was calling from Ohio so I had to send my GPS coordinates to them via text. I also didn't notice the area code until I was calling them repeatedly to follow up on the help I was promised would arrive in 30 - 45 mins. They left me stranded for 2 hrs in the cold on a January evening. Secondly, they preyed on my desperation and charged me $234 to jump start my battery. I eventually gathered such services are offered for about $40 in Saskatoon. I should have caught wind of their ploy when they insisted I make full payment before the driver is dispatched. They spent good 30 mins on the phone collecting payment information from me and ensuring payment was confirmed before dispatching help. The driver arrived and was even shocked I had to pay that much. Finally, this is not their business name. The form they made me complete says Master Roadside Services and has a huge map of the US. I've been duped so you won't have to. Patronize the local folks who will value your business.
