Craven SPORT services Training Centre

This has been a wonderful place to rehab after several injuries and a lengthy stay in hospital. All staff are very knowledgeable, welcoming, and always ready to assist. I am very pleased and satisfied with my progress and thank all staff at Craven Sport Services Training Center.

This is the best training/gym facility I have ever attended. The staff are friendly and professional. It is with their feedback and attention that I've been able to make more progress than I ever have before. The facilities are also very clean - and I haven't had any concerns about COVID.

I am very happy with the GLAD-Canada program (for osteoarthritis), I'm so pleased with my results after 7 weeks of the 8 week program which I am enrolled in. I'm also very happy with the Covid-19 protocols that are in place for the protection of staff and clients. Updated May 17, 2022 I started with the GLA-D program which was very beneficial. As I had advanced beyond GLA-D, Jared suggested switching to the S&C program, which has also been a great benefit to my recovery. I also like the scheduling flexibility of the S&C program.

Awesome supportive environment and staff! Every single staff member I have come in contact with has been friendly and professional. Really noticing results from the osteoarthritis program... Jared is amazing and pays attention to all aspects as needed and keeps great communication with the training supervisors as to the individualized program and changes as needed. I would encourage anyone to connect with Craven as needed!
