F45 Training Lakewood SC

I love that I found a workout I look forward to. This has been the perfect way to move my body and clear my mind. I can adapt the movements if I need and I dont feel pressure to achieve anything extraordinary. I love that I get sweaty with cool humans and genuine coaches, but my favourite thing about F45 is that I can be myself. I get to measure my success by how I feel, like improvements in energy and mood rather than a number on a scale or the weight of the dumbbell I lift.

If you want results, go to F45. You are getting personal training and coaching for a fraction of the cost! Probably the best thing I did for myself mentally, and physically. Not only did I put on muscle and loose fat. I made so many friendships and connections and THAT is the reason why I keep coming back.

I absolutely love this studio. The trainers are top notch and the other people who attend the class make it that much more enjoyable! It is a fun dynamic exercise with lots of energy in the room! If you are hesitant about joining now is the time! My journey with the gym has been amazing. The coaches are so knowledgeable and fun! The best part about the gym is there is a wide range of people that are members and it makes for an awesome community of new friends!

F45 helped change my thinking around exercise and HIIT! It has an amazing atmosphere where you get to know each and every person you workout with! The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable about the movements and help immediately when they notice your form is wrong. Its a completely safe and accepting environment for every kind of fitness level! 10/10 would recommend!

I have had the best experience here, the coaches are informative and always there to help. The atmosphere is fun and energetic. The work outs push you and the monthly challenges hold you accountable and help you to reach your goals.
