Absolutely aweful. FEDex uses them to ship express but delivery farce cannot find the our shop just off the highway. Meanwhile Purolator UPS and kinda DHL delivery every single day at the same time. Delivery Force is so bad in fact FEdex cant even get in contact with them. incompetent and unreliable.

Same experience as others here... the only number available is one toll free, which no one answers. After about 20 tries, someone finally did but seems super unconcerned with your concerns. Claims he'll call you back, didn't even take down a phone number and hung up. Needless to say, he didn't call back. Terrible company. Have not seen this parcel, don't really expect to.

Poor deliver service, they do not deserve the star that I am giving them. There is no way to get ahold of this company, and your package is guaranteed to be late.

If I could leave less stars I would! In 20 calls they only answered once. Was told he would check with the driver about delivery of my package and would call me back, which he never did. He hung up on me before even getting my contact info. I will never use Delivery Force for anything!
