        Called for a ride they said 15 then at 14 mins it's confirmed the taxi is 12 mins away go check again no ride what a crock!!

        I used the app to book my trip 4 hours in advance. Two minutes before my pickup, the app told me they had trouble finding a driver because of high volume. This is why I booked in advance, to ensure I would be on time. I waited a while, then cancelled. Uber arrived within 10 minutes of booking. Very satisfied with their service.
