Useless airline stranding my wife in St. Johns for five extra days and then not even getting her back to Edmonton. The best they could offer was a flight to Calgary.

I had to travel for my grandmothers funeral last minute, wasnt sure I could be there then I found swoop with a $130 return flight, that made it possible for me to go so I am very happy with that. There was no extras and for that price I dont expect any, I can bring my own food and drink, the new 737 max is a really nice plane. The overhead bins are awesome fit so much in there now, I dont mind paying for what I choose to bring on the plane so the extra fees for carryon is fine with me. The flight left on time and arrived on time, the flight crew was very nice so for me I am giving Swoop five stars for being there when I needed to get somewhere quickly and affordably. Thank you Swoop your aces in my book!

Plane didn't show up in Mexico to pick up my girl..she was told to leave the airport and figure things out for herself..won't be using swoop ever
