        We needed an 8 seat vehicle for a trip so I booked the 8 seat expedition on their website. When I showed up to pick it up, I found out the expedition only has 7 seats. Now we have to scramble to find another vehicle, which has proven to be hard to find anything over 7 seats. Not happy, and can't figure out why they are advertised as 8 seats or why no one told me when I was on the phone with them (twice). Also initially when I booked it, I never got an email confirmation so I had to call to confirm and still never got an email after that phone call. Now a trip that was planned months in advance has turned into a last minute stressful scramble to figure something else out.
