great staff and food, however i am perplexed that the pay at pump has never or seems to never work. You have to come in prepay, go out and pump, come back in and stand in line a second time waiting for people buying food and other items. Subsequently i buy gas elsewhere.

First and foremost, the staff is great, just the lack of payment flexibility, which in turn makes it very inconvenient. Where is the tap option at the till and pumps? Much smaller gas stations have had this option for years, why are you so slow to adapt to the new norm of 10 years ago? The pump card payment system always seems to be down or having issues. Going in to pay is kind of a pain when you are in a rush to move on with your day.. I used to get 90% of my fuel from here, but now I don't stop for fuel at all because of the pumps. Feels like corporate doesn't seem to care much about this location which is sad. There isn't really anywhere else to go 24/7 on this side of town.

The staff working at this location is great (the backbone of this store) especially that Australian lady respect to each and everyone.
