This is such a horrible organization. ED Wayne Stadnyk had some charges against him for having inappropriate relations with female students. apparently he was reported and no one did anything. The CFO Adon Hoffman covered for him and helped him with a witch hunt to fire staff and clients who questioned Wayne and his disgusting gross conduct - my son being one of them. I am surprised they havent been shut down. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN THEIR - it is not a safe place.

LDAS was recommended to me by my doctor to address my ADHD. My assigned counselor's first move was to tell me to lower my career expectations because I'm disabled. My mental health counselor was horrified at hearing that, as their recommendation was to enroll in post secondary or I'll never be satisfied with my job. For clarification, I was an honor student in high school. I was assigned to another counselor to learn coping skills, but after waiting nearly 3 months with no call back I called them. I was accused of missing appointments, not returning calls (they never left any messages), and becoming aggressive toward the counselor. None of these things actually happened (I'm certain they were calling the wrong number) but it didn't stop them from calling me into the office to berate me once I called in. They even attacked my personal hygiene, which has never been a concern. I felt like trash. It's taken years for me to reach out for help again, god only knows how much I've suffered because of the way these horrible people treated me. I will probably never trust a government program again. I've spent years in and out of legitimate counseling programs, I would highly question the qualifications of LDAS's volunteers and counselor's.
