I needed a price to get my dryer fixed, I called this company and the woman who answered was really helpful. She checked her inventory and found the parts I needed. Her cost was fair and she was able to make an appointment time that worked for me. The technician arrived on time and was done within 45 minutes.

Lana was very pleasant to speak with. She made an appointment time that worked for me, which is important as I work full-time. The repairman showed up on time and got right to work. I described to her the problem that I was having with my stove and he took it apart and discovered where the issue was. He fixed it so quickly, and at a very reasonable hourly rate! Highly recommend!

In the past two years, I've been using their repair service. He is very knowledgeable and professional. His rates are reasonable, and he always arrives promptly. I feel confident that my appliances are always well cared for in her hands, and I know that when something breaks down, he can fix it reasonably.

First off, both my boyfriend and I messaged them on Facebook (they only read it, didnt respond) so my boyfriend messaged them and they responded to him. Then I messaged them again with no response. So I sent a message that was polite but still a respond to people rather than being rude and only reading it message. So they responded to it right away. No product knowledge what so ever. The pics on Facebook were only off the inside and the front, not showing the damage to the top and side and the rust all over the back of it. The tub is so crooked its not even funny. Dishonest and crooked. They wont give you your $50 deposit back EVEN THOUGH they were the ones who didnt give you all the info. And the girl that was there today (nov 19, 2022) was snotty and rude. Learn customer service skills, cause yours are honestly disgusting. I hope you guys never get another customer again and get closed down. Itd serve you right.
