I had a great experience with their staff and owner. Very responsible when it came to negotiations and were priced fairly right off the hop. They took care of anything that came up in my mechanics third party inspection. I would refer anyone to them when looking for a used car or truck!

This dealership employs people who are either incompetent, liars, or both; I'm still not convinced what the verdict is there. There is a lot of talk about how great they are, a lot of excuses made whenever there is something wrong or missed, and not a lot of follow through. Their service is poor/bare minimum to make the sale stick and then it is a struggle to get any communication. Don't waste your time or your money at Western Motor Products. Go to a dealer that takes accountability when a mistake is made and follows through with what they say they will do and the type of service they claim to provide.

Just bought a Ford F-150 from Western Motor Products. Our salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to deal. Offered warranty, which made me feel better about my purchase. Definitely will shop there again in the future. All around good guys. Thanks
