        Steve and his RV team went to great lengths to repair my motorhome slideout. They had frustrations when the wrong parts were sent from Lippert (twice), parts that were damaged in transit, and to top it off, repaired damage when some bonehead backed his trailer into my unit while parked in their yard. I received a full walk through of all repairs done, and some pointers on the unit from the RV Tech who did most of the work. Thanks again.
