Really good experience for a first time waxing. The waxing lady was so nice. She was as quick as possible which was great as you would want it to be quick and honestly it didnt hurt that bad. I wish I would have given them a 50 dollar tip but kinda tight on money. Really loved it. Would definitely be there again and again.

I have been going to this place for years, on a semi regular basis. After arriving 4 min late, they refused to do both of my services. I would have to rebook for the 2nd service. So I just left. Will bring my business elsewhere. I've waited for my appointment in excess of 15 min in the past and they still had time for my services. Funny when the tables turn....won't be back!

Front desk people are extremely rude. I took appointment. I was on the way for my appointment and it was rush office hour. Its normal to have traffic in office hours. I informed them already that I might be 5-10 minutes late and that was okay for them. Then after couple of minutes they called and canceled my booking. I was almost there and it seemed extremely rude and unprofessional to me. I drove all the way from west side to this place and they canceled for being 5 minutes late. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable

I went for an eyebrow tint yesterday. Upon looking at my eyebrows I noticed they were a tad orange. I woke up this morning and my skin along my eyebrows are stained orange. Will not be returning for another service
