        We bought a toy for our son for his birthday. It was $100.00 and it didnt work so we brought it back to exchange. The workers there were so ignorant and rude trying to prove us wrong although they couldnt, even though it doesnt work they would not let us exchange the toy(we wanted the same thing just one that works) will not be returning and letting people know what a scam this store is.

        Whoever in the main counter is very arrogant & ignoring me for the second time. I like the store but the new staff is very bad. Nothing know about customer service. May be they don't get enough pay to smile
