        I had a window installed today, at my acreage in Rosthern. Manpreet B. was my service technician. He was very friendly. Extremely knowledgeable. Fast, efficient and respectful. I cant say enough good about the impact he had on my day. He is an excellent representation for the Durabuilt company. I highly recommend them. If you can choose a tech. Pick him!

        I just tried to call their warranty phone line. The first time I called they transferred the call to the Saskatoon office. Only to have the Saskatoon office hang up on the call. The second call was transferred to a medical office.
