From the receptionist at the front to the technician at the back. Everyone was friendly and very professional. We had a very good experience.

Me and my wife went for her prenatal UTZ Dec 12,2022 9am the Technician was so rude telling me and my wife we cant take videos and pictures of the monitor while the procedure was on going. She couldnt tell us in a nice way that it bothers her and that we should not do it in which we would gladly comply. Its our babys ultrasound it is not about her we are excited. Anyway, she had no empathy on what we are going through however there is a nicer way to say things rather than lashing out as soon as something makes her uncomfortable. She wanted to control when we can take photos and videos and that wasnt what we experienced the last time we had the procedure there. The technician just tried to ruin our day that was supposed to be special.

I had an early appointment and only waited 10 min. Staff were all very friendly. My technician was very professional. Great visit. Two thumbs up!!

I have no clue why this place has so many bad reviews. The technician that did my ultrasound was beyond efficient, friendly and nice to us. I did not have to ask for pictures, she offered some right away. She took time to get to know us and make us feel calm. The place is also super new, and front desk is efficient and fast. Best experience I have ever had.

Went to my appointment i booked with this location and the lady who did the ultrasound was snobby and made me feel really awkward.
