Stony Rapids Water front Lodge

I was invited to Stony Rapids to teach a Remote First Aid course and was so very pleased to find myself staying at the Waterfront Lodge for my week. A lovely lodge with shared communal space and private rooms. My room had a Queen bed, a private bathroom, and a small desk/TV. But the communal space was a large open concept space with the ability to host groups as well (which we will use for the indoor portions of our class). The main floor offers a serene place to unwind at the end of the day. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and the space is easy to enjoy as the sun sets. The rooms were clean, cozy and a nice place for privacy. Being able to sit downstairs, facing the setting sun, and work quietly in this space in the evenings feels like home. I highly recommend this Lodge for a small work retreat or place to stay while in Stony!

There stones layed haphazardly around every single room in the building, really weird especially if you don't like riddles, loads of them, they're living rocks that speak in tongues alone. Overall though it was an enjoyable experience, especially when the Dastardly Magician Adrian Sunthonus blessed us with his performance. 5/5 dont bring the weens

Had an phenomenal stay at the lodge this past weekend. The lodge and the views are fantastic. Not to mention the fishing is incredible. Will definitely be planing to come back again in the future. Until then thank you for the stay and accommodations. - Thanks Mike from REEL OUTDOORS CANADA

This Lodge is absolutely beautiful, you can enjoy the most beautiful water front views and amazing sunsets, service is excelent, rooms were impeccable and I loved that they have their own dock where you can go fishing ! Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 More
