I ordered a funeral arrangement for a family member from a website since I am out of province. At the last minute my order was canceled "due to lack of florists". I searched for a local florist and discovered Wildflower. Eventhough I contacted them at closing time on Friday, they were able to put together an arrangement and deliver it for the Saturday funeral. They were so kind and empathetic to my situation, I just can't praise them enough. All my appreciation to them! I received feedback from family about the beauty of the flowers. Thank you so much!

Phoned and a young lady answered and told me that I needed to do an online request that she just answers the phone and doesnt know anything. When I questioned her about this she said that she is unable to help me on the phone.

Today, I came into your store and purchased a single flower on behalf of my friend. My friend had just came from the dentist and she was unable to speak because her mouth was quite frozen and swollen. Unfortunately, it wasn't her best look. The staff behind the counter, two in particular, were balantly staring and talking about her the entire time we visited your store. It was completely unprofessional, disrespectful and their shameful behavior did not go unnoticed. While I have heard glowing reviews about your store, our experience today was quite the opposite. Perhaps you can talk to your staff about this incident, so no future customers have the same experience as we did. I suggest practicing better customer service skills, placing emphasis on being mindful of their body language and facial expressions.
