We have purchased appliances and furniture over the past 6 months or so and have received excellent customer service each time. They also adjusted the prices on two different occasions as some of the items we purchased were further discounted. Thanks so much.

Heather was extremely helpful and got us a couch quickly. very happy with the financing options as well! I wrote this post back in MAY and I still do not have my couch. I was originally told June 29th, then July 5th.then July 9th, then July 19th, and now it MAYBE will get to Saskatoon for the 22nd. This company is an absolute joke. We ordered this couch in MAY!!!

Ordered and paid for our couch 11 months ago. Was told it would arrive in two months and took seven months. The couch showed up damaged. (The frame was so damaged the hide a bed will not function) My wife missed a day of work waiting around for a technician to show up and assess the damage. Three months later the parts finally arrived to repair it. Warranty services contacted us. The confirmed an appointment for today, so I had a family member drive an hour each way to stay at the house all day to let the technician in. No technician showed up. I called the customer care center and after spending 20 minutes going through their switch board and waiting on hold I was told they cancelled the appointment without zero contact or notice to us. The customer care operator informed me he would call me back this afternoon with a reason why the appointment was canceled and the ability to speak to management about their service. They did not call back... Never experienced such awful service for an expensive product.
