Absolute awesome place for customer service. Had an issue with my hot water tank leaking in the early morning. Made the call by 7:30am in which they were open already to see if they could do it. No issues had a tech out to swap it by 1:00 pm. Very accommodating (for an unplanned job) and professional! Highly recommend anyone to give them a call first! Service: Water heater installation

Called Water World and spoke to Guss today about a service call on our water well. I explained to Guss what I needed done; hook up a new 1-inch water line, I supplied the pipe because I had an extra 50-feet from the new line we put in, clean out a couple of old plastic water pipes, and pump it out. Was going to gladly pay for the work to be done with no haggle on the cost of the service tech to come do the work. I did mention that I would buy the plastic 90 and a 1-inch foot valve and have them here for the tech. Immediately, without hesitation, Guss informed me that this was not how they generally did things. Furthermore, I explained to him that we were crunched for money and he told me, "maybe you can find someone else cheaper then". Not real good business practice for small town community. Gary
