Went there during a conference on a Saturday night and our server was great, the food was a miss. My food was overcooked and my wife's food was boring. Definitely pub food, I'd put them on the same pedestal as a rink burger. For being SK's "upscale resort" the food was meh at best. The owner or manager/whoever he was came up to our table to "warn us" about how busy they were. He told us our food was going to be a while as they were swamped which we would have been completely understanding of if the restaurant hadn't been about 1/3 full. He then proceeded to sit around and drink a beer while all of his wait staff worked well and provided great service. Not worth the $75 for 2 entrees and 1 cocktail.
