Really bad experience. At first, my wife and i were very happy by our room appearance but in the morning, the hotel housekeeper knocked on our door at 9:30am but our checkout time was 11 am. She did not wait for us to open the door and she just used her keys to get in. She saw us and left. Very very disapointed because no action was taken by anyone not even the manager. We will never visit this place again. No professionalism at all!!

I choose to stay here weekly while passing through for work because of Jay and his team. They are always welcoming, friendly, and willing to help with any minor need I may have.
