Melissa and Dean are great landlords, very easy to communicate with and very accommodating to your needs. Was very happy with how clean the apartment was when i moved in, didnt have to do any additional cleaning to the place post move in date.

Toilet backed up during the cold weather, maintenance never came after a number of phone calls. I had to pay out of pocket for a plumber!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about our time spent in our rental! Anytime we had a concern or issue (which wasnt often and nothing that anyone could have avoided) it was handled in a timely manner and they were very professional, polite, and understanding. Our neighbors were very kind and not once could we hear them in the 6 months we stayed! It was nice to see the upgrades they have done to the building as my grandparents even lived in the same building we stayed in, but many many years ago! If you are looking for a place to stay I would highly recommend you get in touch with them and check them out! Thank you again Melissa and Dean for all your help and understanding when we had to keep extending our stay!
