        Poor customer service. Ordered a birthday cake for my dad and they wont answer the phone, so we went and they were closed. no call at all. so now we don't have a cake for him. worst service ever. if people order cakes you should make sure they get them or tell them you cant get it at the earliest hour like 10am because this is stupid. thanks
