        If you want to have an experience this is the place to go. I was having second thoughts of literally tattooing my face but harmony set me at ease. She explained everything, made sure I was happy with her outlines, we chatted the whole time and the process flew by. I couldnt stop looking at myself after. Not sure why I waited so long. Definitely recommend. Services: Permanent eyeliner, Eyebrow tattooing
