This place needs serious reorganizing of priority office visits. If being in ER 3 times in a week with two ECG's showing a heart problem and referral to cardiologist, plus angina that needs nitroglycerin RX, is not enough to get you in to see a Dr. but another person calls in to have a nonurgent form filled out and gets a spot right away, there is something wrong with the picture here. All week I called in every day to get someone to prescribe medication for me with no success until a snow storm hit on Friday and I can't get the angina medication until Sunday or Monday. This just isn't right.

Booked an appointment for over the phone, as I was told by reception this was how they would rather see me, which was fine with me. I wait 2 weeks till the appointment and never get a call. So when I call to look into this, Im told that I was a no show for the appointment, and would have to book another, almost 2 weeks away. Started discussing this with a coworker later on and they they had the same issue that same day.

Always been on time when we've gone. Scheduling seems a bit odd when getting an appointment sometimes.
