        Staff never greeted my dog and I as we came in the store. Never was asked if I wanted help finding anything or help getting set up in the bath tub. It's lucky I have been to other pet valus and understand the bath routine. The shampoo selection was small in comparison to other locations. On my way out while I was waiting to pay I also noticed the kitten litter box was filthy and barely had any litter. The store has been open for 1.5 hours almost 2 take care of the pets before customers or get the employee to come in early if they are unable to get to it simultaneously. I have been to this location numerous times and they only seem to care for the animals if it's about to be posted on social media.
