Great service and communication, right until you drive your camper off the lot.... I paid an EXTRA 4000$ for extended warranty including on site service. And currently am on a seasonal site with zero working plug ins in my kitchen, so my toaster has to be on the floor, plugged into the dining room area (there are actually 5 not working plug ins currently) I was told by Dustin, the service supervisor, that it is not an emergency only an inconvenience and they will not anyone out to help me. (Despite on-site service extended warranty) Do not buy from them because their service is absolutely garbage.

We had a great experience with Minards in Weyburn! They gave us a very fair trade value for our unit and got us into the unit we wanted in an extremely quick timeframe. Overly we couldnt be more pleased with Tamara and the rest of the staff! We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get into a new or new to you camper.

Overall I can say my purchasing experience was enjoyable. All questions and concerns I had were addressed. The trade in process was also easy. They are fair and reasonable. I did however feel slightly rushed, but that could be due to how busy the dealer was both times during my visits.

We went with Minards for our trailer purchase as they are Grand Design dealers. We wanted a specific model. Tamara and Stu were outstanding to deal with!! We are from out of town. Since we were set on a certain model all we needed was financing, a walk around and pick up. We filled in the "apply for financing" on the website, Stu called us and set that up. Tamara ensured we had options that were most meaningful to us and bent over backwards to please us. It was incredible. They got our trailer ready and we picked it up a few days after our virtual purchase. The transaction was smooth and completely stress free. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else in the future for a trailer purchase or trade in. Exceptional service and experience.
