ARC Modular White City

We are very pleased with our new modular home that we purchased from Arc Modular, White City. Elena, Shaun and Ryan have been a great team to work with and would recommend them to anyone. We have only been in our new home for 4 months and so far it seems like a very well built home. We have had a few warranty issues, which is understandable. The guys have been out to take care of a few issues, and the rest will be dealt with once the weather warms up.Elena has always been easy to deal with and always found answers to our questions and concerns. Empty nesters now for 20+ years, we decided to downsize. After seeing a Facebook ad for ARC Modulars & doing some research on how they are built nowadays, we decided that this was right for us. We met with Elena & Ryan for further info & some floor plans, clarification about some questions we had & havent looked back. Elena was excellent helping out with colour selections, getting things & info from the factory that needed to be replaced, etc. She was definitely our go to girl with any & ALL inquiries! Ryan was equally excellent making a special trip to install our appliances that, like everything at this Covid time, were back ordered. Their partner, Shaun, looked after screw piles, delivery & set up, also making special trips back to wrap things up before winter & doing some final touch ups inside. We have used ARC Modular as a supplier of homes to our manufactured home park in Winnipeg and have been very impressed with the quality of their products and their level of professionalism and attention to detail.
