Carson's Carpet Centre 1992 LTD

Started in April when they came to measure and give a quote. June came around I harassed for a quote, still nothing. Stressed importance of completion before July 8. They didnt start until July 22 in afternoon but STILL no quote. By July 28 we were so displeased with the work we fired them from the job. They were here 3.5 days completing only the kitchen backsplash. Crooked tile placement I guess spacers are optional, tile around my cupboard is a full 1 different in height from the other side. We also made them redu one boarder because it was noticeably not level. They tried to blame in on the countertops being graded and then told my husband our range wasnt level but a quick level debunked those theories. In attempts to happily fix their error the dry wall not covered by tile was damaged but they failed to mention why that happened. In an effort to hide damage they finished the boarder again not straight. House keeping is minimal and disregard the integrity of your house in general. Luckily we have LVP so the scratches caused on our flooring is not as noticeable but easily could have been prevented. We tried to let the owner know we were unhappy without receiving a quote for 3 months and the quality of work and care that was happening but our concerns were brushed off and we were left to decide to let them continue damaging our house or finding someone else. I would not recommend. The quality of work provided that we got for a $3800 bill is not worth it.
