        I was not home but my wife said he was very thorough and explained everything he did and also gave us a bunch of information about our furnace that no other company technicians did. We have battled with our furnace for years, but I'm thinking John has us fixed up for the long haul. He also helped out our neighbors with an easy fix instead of a new furnace which they were told they needed. Great service and honest. You don't see that much these days. Service: Heating system repair
