        Had an oil change and 20 minutes out of the city my oil pan shield fell half way off scrapping the pavement. Luckily they were still open and someone came out to help me. She had to take it completely off cause she didnt bring anything to attach it properly. I went back in Friday to have it properly put back on and they were unwilling to compensate me at all for any of my time (1hr 45mins) that I sat on the side of the road because of their lack of care to ensure my oil was changed and car was put back together properly. She actually argued that I should just be happy she got me new bolts for free. Their customer service is definitely not anything Id recommend. Hopefully they supervise their new mechanics better so that this doesnt happen to anyone else in the future. Service: Oil change
