If you are buying a used vehicle at this location, it is worth having a mechanic at a shop you trust inspect it before purchase. For some context, I purchased a 2013 toyota tacoma in the fall of 2021 at this location. The sale experience was awful. The only available sales guy (during covid they only had one on the floor) had the worst attitude. He just made us feel like we were wasting his time. He only changed his tune to nice guy when we said we were paying cash. I took this truck for a test drive and felt like it was pulling into the center lane, it felt a little like a lumber wagon. I expressed my concerns to the sales guy who had their mechanic "inspect" it and give it the all clear. I asked about the cord for the block heater, and while the sales guy was looking for it he moved the back seats around and a mountain of cheerios were exposed. The dealer insisted they send it back to the detailer. I find a ton of other left-overs during my time owning the truck. Nasty. The real kick in the teeth was when I brought my truck in to replace the brakes. The mechanic informed me that both rear leaf spring overloads were broken. While this truck has been in my possession it hasn't hauled anything. So I can only deduce they were broken when I purchased it. I don't expect I will have this dealership reach out to me in any kind of meaningful way just judging by my purchase experience with them. If you are thinking of buying a vehicle here, maybe consider literally any other dealership.
