There is a small box library located at the stairs to Shubie Park. This has no connection with the Shubenacadie Canal Commission and is not inside of the building.

The Library is a great place to stop and rest of the daily routine. Good place to do research on a computer and to just relax.

A tiny place that feels more like a government office waiting room than a library. The collection doesn't seem all that impressive, either.

Most definitely NOT a library but a chaotic kindergarden with lose kids YELLING, CRYING and RUNNING all around. No parents seem to care.

I stopped in for a few minutes today during 'Fun with Arts and Crafts'. Not sure who was enjoying the interaction more; the kids, the staff or onlookers. It was great!
