Dr Gupta is fantastic but the additional fees and lack of caring or explanation from the desk staff is apparent, arbitrary fees for hundreds of dollars and no invoice available if you're able to claim it back at all. After paying and asking for it to be emailed to me or scanned and emailed I was told she couldn't even with the scanner right behind her. Great Dr but look elsewhere if money is an issue with you!

Wait times here are too much and this clinic need more efficient receptionists. But Dr Gupta is such an amazing doctor. He is kind, listening and very professional in his job. We went to other doctors and no one checked thoroughly. Dr Gupta literally saved our lives by correct diagnosis and right medication for our kids. Highly recommend Dr Gupta..

Dr Salley is wonderful. Compassionate and I feel like she really cares. The office itself however is quite disappointing. Appointments often are booking 4-6 weeks out. On more than one occasion mine and my partners appointments were cancelled last minute which affects the time off work we took to make it to an appointment. Recently I showed up to an appointment and the physician is away, but no one contacted me to cancel or reschedule. While I finally feel like I have a physician I trust, the office is beyond unreliable. I understand its tough especially while navigating a pandemic, but the scheduling has affected my work hours, sick leave, and overall trust that I actually have an appointment to begin with. I dont even know what to do at this point.

Absolutely horrible service from the front staff EveryTime I visit. I call and they say walkins available at 8:15am then when I come in at 8:15am sharp they say they aren't taking walkins! That, and their attitudes! Not wanting to give real wait times, then say they are doing me a favor. Go to a different doctors office if you want to be treated like a human being. UPDATE: Wow, your response is "go somewhere else...to a HOSPITAL." Very rude, but im glad you showed how unprofessional this clinic really is. Again, go somewhere else that will treat you like a human.

Very poor service, walk-ins are never available so booked an appointment for 4 weeks later with the dr who was accepting patients and explained this while booking that I needed a family doctor and the dr told me he doesnt do the prescription refills I needed for walk ins and to find a family dr. Luckily was able to get my refills but what was the point of waiting 4 weeks to be treated the same as a walk in. And front staff seem very unhappy to answer phones or actually book appointments
