I visited Downtown Medical Clinic today I was at an appointment with Dr. Moamer Alnegratt and not for the first time I am satisfied with the attitude and professionalism of the doctor. He is a wonderful person and a professional in his field. Also, the girls at the reception are friendly and you don't have to wait long for feedback :)

Whats the point of making an appointment when I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes from the scheduled time. This is ridiculous.

I would recommend some management courses for whoever is managing this clinic. There is zero respect to peoples time and schedules. My wife and I visited the clinic several times and we always had to wait for our turn. Few days ago, my wife showed up for her appointment on time, and was told that there were five patients ahead of her. She had to cancel as she had other commitments and rebooked for today. She arrived again today for her appointment. After she had waited for 90 minutes, there still was one patient in front of her. As we had another commitment at 2 pm, we couldnt wait longer and had to leave. Would be great if you could respect the time of your patients and maybe notify of a significant delay. we like Dr Muammar but its really difficult to find an arrangement that works. If you are looking for a quality treatment and respect, find somewhere else. We are NOT going there anymore.
