I'm pretty disappointed in the service here. This was my second time going, I was disappointed the first time too but decided to give them another chance. Both times the massage chairs didn't work which is a huge part of the reason I go. The "leg massage" and exfoliation was just rubbing up and down my shin and a couple two hands up my calf. The chopping my shins and punching the bottoms of my feet was agressive and uncomfortable. And an extra $20 for the spa treatment is absolutely ridiculous for what you get over the standard pedicure. They were okay. Felt rushed. Their beads are already falling off and its only been a day.

Ive gone only twice, both times my service felt very rushed. The last time, the lady cut my finger by pushing too hard into my cuticle bed. Not only that she didnt do the colour I asked for. I felt she was more focused on talking to her coworkers instead of working
