We went for spa treatment on April 27th, 2023 1100hrs for three people. Two of us got our pedicure started at 1115hrs, the third was started at 1130hrs. One of the technician kept leaving the pedicure to answer phone and make appointments, three times my sister pedicure was interuptted. The person that started my other sister's pedicure did not finish her pedicure after she waited for 1/2 to get started. We purchased three spa pedicures, which included stones, my stones were not hot, the techinician asked me three times and I said they were not hot and finally after third time being asked she went and got new stones out of 5 stones, only one was warm. The technician's did not speak to any of us, the three of them engaged with themselves, even though we made efforts to speak to them. My sister has been to this place many times and as a result we went there, however it was very disppointing and it appears they were doing business on volume rather than quality of service. I have been going to this nail salon for close to a year and I have usually had good experiences here, however I was there this past weekend for a pedi and mani, I had an appointment and when I got there they told me my appointment was canceled by someone else with the same name? however they managed to squeeze me in. a few days after my pedicure I noticed my big toe was red swollen and quite sore, turns out I have an infection from my pedicure. I'm really disappointed as I think the staff are great at what they do but the cleanliness is lacking, I am hesitant to return.
