Rented there for two years the only reason I rent one of their houses is they were the only company that would let me have my dog every problem with the house took forever to get dealt with rent was about 300 more than what it should have been and now that I've cleaned the house so that it was even better than when I moved in, considering the toilet didn't work, the tub didn't drain and there were holes the size of hockey pucks in the walls and doors it wasn't hard to do, but never the less I wanted my 1500$ damage deposit back so I cleaned the house super well. They gave me trouble about not giving sufficient notice for moving out but then when i was in mid clean with a week still left on the lease i get a knock on the door with the new tenants ready to move in and i never got any notice or heads up about it, not the most professional company

Horrible management. Used fans to run our power bill up and didnt pay for it. Told us to pay a pet fee and then told us no pets were allowed after 6 months. Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Edit : there was temporary excrements, I get thats bad. As soon as it was seen it was cleaned. You guys never did repairs, Ive called multiple times about the doors not being sealed and letting cold in. And about how the door handles on most doors are broken. And how the sinks keep getting plugged. All of this came with the house and we asked for it to be fixed, even after months its still an issue.
