Great property management company! They are in a difficult situation and will never please everyone. I have dealt with several staff over the past 7 months. I have always found them prompt, professional and willing to work with folks. Communication is excellent! Huge shout out to the staff especially Keri.thank you!

One of the worst building management in the planet dont rent where they are managing my name is sari Im renting in the access condos in grande prairie they are managing the building very poor

Don't ever live somewhere that they run, they are the worst! They will try to control everything you do. They will never answer questions, they try to get outta being accountable for anything that happens. They will send you emails complaining that your bedroom window is open when it's -13 out.. claiming pipes will freeze.. no pipes in my bedroom... so dumb. I wanted to add to this because i knew they would say, "we just following the boards directives".. because this is the shield they hide behind every single time the over step or do anything wrong. well i Been here long enough that we have had 2 different companies/people run this place before you.. Now your in charge, all you do is complain about everything to the point of harassment! Its crazy, and than when your called out for not doing your job or destroying property or running over trees, backing into porches its all crickets.. it got to the point where you stopped people from being able to email the condo board, because it was nothing but complaints about your company! but spin this however you like, people aren't dumb, and you have been booted out of other complex's in this town already.. wonder why?
