        Cheap motel style rooms . Broken faucets , off smell in the room . Very low ceiling . Nosy train track sound all over night . You can get a better hotel as same price . Wont stay here again . The reception lady was nice & polite. Overall poor quality of rooms . Rooms: Poor shabby rooms

        We had a wonderful experience! Thanks to Manu and a newer employee, our 2-night stay was perfect. Great service! We had a nice, clean room and visited both restaurants on site. This location is very walkable to downtown shops and parks. We can't wait to come back with our kids!

        Third time staying here and Ive never had a bad time but this time I was thoroughly impressed with Yogesh who was so professional, kind, and made checking in effortless. Still the best of the four hotels Ive stayed at in Kamloops, and one of the best Ive stayed at ever. Only negative thing I could say would be the train nearby can be loud at night, but Yogesh also made sure I wasnt on the same side of the building as it, too-notch service.
