Tim Hortons

I order the same thing and they can not get it right, Today again i got the incorrect order. They are rude! It shouldnt be this difficult to get an order correct. I am tired of paying for things that I just throw out.

This is probably one of the worst locations in Langley. Every time I go here the iced Capps are disgusting and taste like they havent cleaned the machine in ages. The staff are friendly but also seem short staffed. I actively avoid this location now and would recommend everyone else avoid it as well

Went to this location at 8pm tonight. Asked for a bagel and was told that they arent making anymore food? I was like what do you mean you dont have any food? The employee said the machines are being cleaned. I asked what time do you close? She said 10pm. So you have a menu but cant serve half the items on it even though youre open for 2 more hours! Also not very friendly, acted like this is a normal thing. If I were the owner Id be furious with the staff here. Maybe good help is that hard to find? Customer service is going down the tube folks! Guessing most of the 5 stars must be fake. I recommend going across the street to the Esso Tims. Much better service and so far theyve always had food !

This location doesnt even deserve 1 star, this is beyond me its ridiculous. I ordered a chicken noodle soup after a long day at work to get a response saying that she will go check if she has any in stock. I patiently am waiting she comes back saying okay what size? I mention a large no problem, she says move up. Im sitting there getting my wallet out & she voices over the loud speaker after she just said it and goes so can you move up? You dont treat customers like that you dont rush them if you want your business to succeed. I proceed and get home I open my soup and its literally an entire different order. I dont even like broccoli soup Im not interested in spending my money on food I dont even like. Did she just not say shes going to check their stock? Was that not her moment to tell me they didnt have any? Extremely disappointed as they lied straight to my face and rushed me. Never coming back and probably wont be getting a refund or a reimbursement as I cant eat the soup and is not what I was expecting. Do better.
